Experience

Sandra Cherotich is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Commercial and Conveyancing Department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Kenyatta University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Sandra’s work primarily involves advising on corporate, financing, and real estate matters. She has experience in conducting legal and title due diligence, preparing and reviewing transactional and security documentation, facilitating the perfection of securities, and assisting clients in meeting their regulatory and compliance obligations. Her practice also encompasses conveyancing matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property financing transactions, as well as corporate restructuring and the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements.

Sandra brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, combining strong legal analysis with an appreciation of the commercial realities that shape business decisions. She is committed to providing practical legal support that facilitates efficient transactions and effective risk management.
