Edwin Githinji Muchai

Experience

Edwin is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Debt Recovery Department. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including commercial litigation, insurance disputes, employment and labour relations disputes, road traffic and personal injury claims, data protection, election and procurement disputes, as well as complex civil litigation.

Edwin previously trained and practised with Waruhiu, K’owade & Ng’ang’a Advocates and Philip Muoka & Company Advocates, where he acquired extensive experience in litigation, legal research, drafting, and client advisory work across diverse areas of law.

Outside his legal practice, Edwin is an avid reader, a history buff and a devoted supporter of Manchester United (Greatest club in the world).
