Benah Nicole Mukobi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. She is an Associate Advocate at the firm and forms part of the Dispute Resolution and Debt Recovery Department. Her practice areas and interests have notably centered on commercial litigation, constitutional & administrative law, employment law, criminal law, family law and succession, judicial review and general litigation practice.
Benah possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDip) from the Kenya School of Law. A budding legal scholar, Ms. Mukobi pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree at the University of Nairobi, Public International Law (major). Her dissertation addressed the plight and access to justice of Kenyan emigrant domestic workers in Saudi Arabia.
Outside the corridors of justice, Benah enjoys recreational running, mountaineering, experimenting new food recipes and reading contemporary fictional works. Further, Benah is a novice in realist painting, enjoys community volunteering and supports the magnificent Arsenal Football Club.
