Mohamed is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is the Senior Partner and Head of the Finance and Real Estate Department.
He is a graduate of Master of Laws –LLM degree in Public Finance and Financial Services Law from the University of Nairobi, Kenya School of Law, Diploma in Law and a Bachelor of Laws – LLB (Hons) graduate from the University of Cairo, where he attained First Class Honors. Mr. Abdullahi has worked at Zulfcar Partners in Egypt, Letangule & Company Advocates and Parliament of Kenya.
Over the years, Mr. Abdullahi has accumulated experience in energy law especially in the areas of gas and oil exploration, gas concession agreements, upstream support service agreements, gas transport and processing agreements, mergers and acquisitions, banking finance and securities, Islamic finance and securities, tax advisory and litigation before tax tribunals, mediation and arbitration
