Hanifa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and an Associate Advocate at the firm’s Commercial and Real Estate Department. She has vast experience in conveyancing law, tax law, intellectual property, employment law, arbitration, probate and administration, dispute resolution and legislative drafting.
She has a Law Degree from Moi University and a Post- Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She has also successfully completed courses in intellectual property, Arbitration, and Mediation from the World Intellectual Property Organization Academy in Geneva, Switzerland.
She previously worked with Rachier & Amollo Advocates LLP, Kenya Law Reform Commission and New York University on a Policy Formulation Project.
